Labor Norms When Analyzing Soil Samples: What Components Are Included?

Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 15/2018/TT-BTNMT stipulating the economic-technical norms for the work of XRF analysis using handheld or mobile devices to determine the content of chemical elements in soil samples.

According to Circular 15, the components of labor quotas when analyzing soil samples include:

- Task content: List the basic tasks, main tasks to perform each step of the work.- Level of difficulty: The complexity of the task due to the influence of natural, economic, and social conditions on the execution of the work step.- Staffing: Determine the number and level of technical labor appropriate to the requirements of each task content.- Quota: The direct labor time required to produce one product unit; calculated in group labor/product unit (100 samples).- Group labor: The labor determined for a group with specific technical ranks, directly performing a work step to produce a unit product.- Workday (shift) is calculated as 08 working hours. The working time follows the prescribed labor regime.
