- Work content: specifying the basic manipulations to perform the work step.- Difficulty classification: stipulating the main factors affecting the execution of the work step as a basis for classifying difficulties.- Staffing: determining the quantity and technical level of labor performing the work. The technical level of the work is determined based on the current legal regulations.- Norms: specifying the direct labor time to produce one unit of product; the unit of measure is labor (group labor)/unit of product. One labor day is calculated as 8 working hours.
