Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issued Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in health and social service sectors.

According to the regulations on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating with a degree in Pharmacy at intermediate and college levels, issued along with Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, graduates have the capability to meet the requirements at the job positions in the industry, including:
- Drug - cosmetic - food testing;- Quality assurance;- Retail pharmacy;- Pharmaceutical and medical supplies warehouse management;- Pharmaceutical and medical supplies warehouse keeper;- Pharmaceutical business;- Drug production;- Pharmaceutical practice at medical facilities.
Additionally, the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating with a degree in Pharmacy at the college level can further develop at higher levels; graduates have the ability for self-study, to update themselves on scientific and technological advancements within the industry to improve their level or to pursue higher education in the same or related fields.
