Purpose:

- Implement inspection work and guide inspection of education and training departments; preschool, general education, and continuing education establishments organize inspection and examination activities to ensure compliance with current legal regulations.

- Timely capture information and reflect on the direction and organization of implementing school year tasks; Clearly define the responsibilities and powers of organizations and individuals in inspection and examination activities according to the law and direction of the Department of Education and Training.

- Detect inadequacies in documents on educational inspection and testing; recommend competent authorities amend, supplement, and complete. Prevent, detect, handle, or recommend the handling of violations of the law (if any).

Requests:

- Inspection and testing work ensures compliance with the law, seriously, honestly, objectively, openly, democratically, and promptly; Do not obstruct the normal activities of organizations and individuals that are subject to inspection or examination.

- Inspection and testing activities must ensure compliance with the order, procedures, and content prescribed by the law on inspection and regulations on inspection work of the Department of Education and Training and educational institutions.

Regarding the content, process, inspection, and examination records of the Department of Education and Training, as follows:

- Inspecting and examining the state management responsibilities of education of the People's Committees of districts, towns, and districts;

- Management responsibilities of the head of the educational institution;

- Recruitment, employment, training, fostering, and implementation of policies for teachers, educational administrators, and staff according to regulations in public educational establishments under management authority;

- Implementation of the 2018 general education program; which focuses on ensuring and using minimum teaching equipment according to the 2018 General Education Program; the selection and use of textbooks and reference materials;

- The organization of admission at the first level; reviewing and organizing the high school graduation exam according to the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training;

- Extra teaching and learning; the implementation of foreign education programs; coordination in organizing foreign language proficiency certification exams; teaching foreign languages and information technology; life skills education activities; extracurricular educational activities; Linking training and coordinating cultural teaching combined with vocational training in continuing education establishments; the management, collection, and use of off-budget revenues; Implement regulations on publicity and implement grassroots democracy regulations in educational establishments in the area;

- Receiving citizens, resolving complaints, resolving denunciations, petitions, and feedback, and preventing and combating corruption and negativity according to regulations;

- Regularly reviewing and updating information reflected by public opinion and mass media on negatives and violations in education and training; promptly organizing surprise inspections and checks; and handling violations (if any) according to regulations.
