Information System on Housing and Real Estate Market: Components and Details

To be specific, Article 3 of Decree 117/2015/ND-CP stipulates that the Housing and Real Estate Market Information System includes:

a) Database on housing and real estate market;

b) Information technology infrastructure for housing and real estate market;

c) Software system for management, operation, and exploitation purposes.

The Housing and Real Estate Market Information System is uniformly constructed nationwide to provide basic information on housing and the real estate market to agencies, organizations, and individuals, serving state management tasks and announcing indicators on housing and the real estate market, meeting socio-economic development requirements.

Notably, Decree 117/2015/ND-CP stipulates 05 prohibitions in the construction, management, and use of the housing and real estate market information system as follows:

- Providing inaccurate, incomplete information, not timely according to the provisions of this Decree;

- Distorting, damaging, losing information and data about housing and the real estate market;

- Illegally seizing, destroying, damaging information and data about housing and the real estate market;

- Exploiting, using information about housing and the real estate market contrary to the provisions of this Decree and other legal regulations;

- Obstructing the exploitation and use of information about housing and the real estate market according to regulations.

Agencies, organizations, and individuals violating these prohibitions, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, will be subject to disciplinary action, administrative penalties, or may be prosecuted according to legal regulations.
