Individuals Awarded Emulation Titles Given Priority for Studying Abroad

This content is mentioned in Circular 21/2014/TT-BVHTTDL issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the emulation and commendation work in the fields of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

According to the current regulations, the objective of the commendation and reward work is to create motivation to encourage, attract, and incentivize collectives and individuals to promote the tradition of patriotism, dynamism, creativity to excel in completing assigned tasks; recognize the achievements of collectives and individuals in the sectors of culture, sports, and tourism, contributing to the successful implementation of the Ministry's political tasks and the development goals of the Culture, Sports, and Tourism sector.

Collectives and individuals awarded commendation titles and forms shall have rights and obligations as stipulated in Circular 21/2014/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:

- Collectives awarded commendation titles and forms shall receive a Certificate of Merit, Certificate, and cash or material rewards as prescribed by the laws on commendation and reward; have the right to preserve, display, and use the Certificate of Merit, Certificate, or reward items in official documents and materials of the agency or unit.- Individuals awarded commendation titles and forms shall receive a Certificate of Merit, Certificate, and cash or material rewards as prescribed by the laws on commendation and reward; be prioritized for being sent to study, research, work, and enhance professional skills domestically and internationally; be prioritized, considered, evaluated, planned, appointed, reappointed, and considered for premature salary raise according to the regulations.- Collectives and individuals awarded commendation titles and forms are responsible for promoting the achieved accomplishments, continuing to strive for higher commendation titles and forms; and preserving the awarded items.
