In what circumstances is the Industry and Trade Inspectorate's special inspection card temporarily suspended?

This is noteworthy content stipulated in Circular 15/2016/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on August 10, 2016, guiding regulations on specialized inspection in the Industry and Trade sector.

Accordingly, Circular 15 stipulates that the Director General, Director, and Head of the Sub-department shall issue a Decision to temporarily suspend the use of the Card for individuals assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks under their management and report to the Ministry Inspectorate in the following cases:

- During the period of consideration for disciplinary action related to task and duty performance; within the statute of limitations for complaints or during the period of review, and complaint resolution regarding disciplinary decisions from a warning upwards;- Engaging in violations while performing duties as stipulated by law;- A Decision to handle complaints regarding the individual granted the Card in the course of duty is issued;- Being prosecuted while awaiting the conclusion of the authorized agency regarding violations of the law;- After the authorized agency's conclusion proves that the individual granted the Card did not violate the law during the performance of duties, the Director General, Director, or Head of the Sub-department shall issue a Decision to annul the Decision to temporarily suspend the use of the Card.
