Report Form on Employment Utilization in 2019
Pursuant to the provisions in Clause 2, Article 8 Decree 03/2014/ND-CP as guided by Article 6 Circular 23/2014/TT-BLDTBXH stipulated:
Employers must report changes in employment in accordance with the regulations in Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree No. 03/2014/ND-CP before May 25 and November 25 every year using Form No. 07 issued together with this Circular.
Based on the above regulations, employers must report the employment situation on May 25 and November 25 annually.
Employers shall report the employment situation using Form No. 07 issued together with Circular 23/2014/TT-BLDTBXH and send it to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs or the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (for enterprises in industrial zones) where the employer's head office, branch, or representative office is located.
