Recently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 26/2020/TT-BGTVT to amend and supplement several provisions of circulars regulating periodic reporting policies in the field of registration.
Implementation of periodic reports in circulation inspection of vehicles in Vietnam before the 20th of each month (Illustrative Image)
Circular 26/2020/TT-BGTVT amends Clause 1, Article 14 of Circular 16/2014/TT-BGTVT regarding the implementation of regular reports in circulation inspection of vehicles in Vietnam before the 20th of each month as follows:
- Report Name: circulation inspection of vehicles Report;
- Report Content Requirement: Report the total number of vehicle inspections, the total number of vehicles passed, the total number of vehicles failed; Report the use of Certificate templates and Inspection Seals;
- Reporting Subjects: Vehicle registration units;
- Report Receiving Authorities: Vietnam Register, Department of Transport;
- Report Sending, Receiving Methods: Report can be in the form of paper documents or electronic documents; sent directly or via postal services or electronic means or other methods as prescribed by law;
- Report Submission Deadline: Before the 20th of each month;
- Report Frequency: Monthly report;
- Data Closing Time for Report: From the 15th of the previous month to the 14th of the month of the reporting period;
- Report Data Form: According to Appendix XII issued together with this Circular.
