- Evaluation is "adequate" when all content prescribed in Article 6 and Article 11 of Circular 06/2016/TT-BTNMT dated May 16, 2016, of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment regarding types of bulletins and timelines for meteorological and hydrological forecasting and warning, and in Article 8 and Article 13 of Circular 40/2016/TT-BTNMT dated December 19, 2016, of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on technical processes for meteorological and hydrological forecasting and warning under normal conditions, are fulfilled;- Evaluation is "inadequate" when any content prescribed in the legal documents stated at this point is missing.
According to Circular 16 as well, maritime forecast and warning bulletins under normal conditions are evaluated as "prompt" when the bulletins are delivered on time or no later than 15 minutes after the issuance time of the forecast and warning bulletin; evaluated as "not prompt" when the bulletins are delivered more than 15 minutes after the issuance time of the forecast and warning bulletin.
