To be specific: Article 82 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP stipulates fines for the act of certifying incorrect amounts of health insurance contributions as follows:
From VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 for violations valued below VND 10,000,000.
From VND 2,000,000 to VND 3,000,000 for violations valued from VND 10,000,000 to under VND 20,000,000.
From VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 for violations valued from VND 20,000,000 to under VND 40,000,000.
From VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 for violations valued from VND 40,000,000 to under VND 60,000,000.
From VND 10,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 for violations valued from VND 60,000,000 to under VND 80,000,000.
From VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 for violations valued from VND 80,000,000 to under VND 100,000,000.
From VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 for violations valued from VND 100,000,000 to under VND 120,000,000.
From VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 for violations valued from VND 120,000,000 to under VND 150,000,000.
From VND 40,000,000 to VND 50,000,000 for violations valued from VND 150,000,000 and above.
