How much are salaries of coaches and athletes in the military who are officers in Vietnam?

The content is detailed in Circular 138/2016/TT-BQP, which provides guidance on implementing certain policies for military sports coaches and athletes participating in centralized training and competitions.

Coaches and athletes who are officers, professional soldiers, workers, and public defense employees are paid as follows:

- They receive their full salary paid by the agency managing the coaches and athletes.

- In cases where the daily salary of the coaches and athletes is lower than the wage level stipulated in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 138/2016/TT-BQP, the employing agency shall pay the difference. The calculation is as follows:

- In cases where coaches and athletes have a higher number of actual training and competition days than the standard number of working days in a month (22 days), the employing agency shall pay the wage for the days exceeding the standard number of working days in the month at the rate stipulated in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 138/2016/TT-BQP.
