How much are coaches at the Police team paid?

According to Circular 19/2015/TT-BCA, coaches who do not receive salaries from the state budget during the period of focused training and competition with the Police teams are paid daily wages as follows:

- Ministry Teams: 120,000 VND/person/day;

- Youth Teams; Ministry Talent Teams: 90,000 VND/person/day.

In addition, athletes during the period of focused training and competition with Police teams are paid daily wages as follows:

- Ministry Teams: 80,000 VND/person/day;

- Ministry Youth Teams: 40,000 VND/person/day;

- Ministry Talent Teams: 30,000 VND/person/day.

Furthermore, Circular 19/2015/TT-BCA stipulates that coaches and athletes who receive salaries from the state budget and are officers, non-commissioned officers, or Police employees during the period of focused training and competition retain their full salary paid by their managing unit.

In cases where the daily wage of coaches and athletes (converted to daily) is lower than the daily wage prescribed in clause 1, clause 2, Article 3 of this Circular, the employing unit is responsible for paying the difference to the coaches and athletes (the daily wage is determined by dividing the monthly salary by 22 days - the standard number of working days in a month).

If coaches and athletes have a period of focused training and competition exceeding the standard number of working days in a month (22 days/month), the employing unit is responsible for paying the wages for the excess days according to the rates specified in clause 1, clause 2, Article 4.

Note that this additional amount is not used to calculate and enjoy social insurance benefits or health insurance.
