- When collecting service fees for vaccination, disinfection, sterilization for animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals, units shall prepare and use service provision invoices in accordance with Decree 51/2010/ND-CP, Decree 04/2014/ND-CP amending and supplementing several articles of Decree 51/2010/ND-CP, Circular 39/2014/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of Decree 51/2010/ND-CP and Decree 04/2014/ND-CP, and the replacement document or the document amended and supplemented.- Revenue from the provision of vaccination, disinfection, sterilization for animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals, after fulfilling obligations to the state budget, the head of the agency or unit will manage, use and allocate funds according to the provisions of the law.
