How is the Change of Practicing Location for Auctioneers Implemented?

Accordingly, the change of auction practice place is regulated by Circular 06 as follows:

- In case the trainee changes the practice place to another asset auction organization headquartered in the same province or centrally-run city, the asset auction organization to which the trainee has moved shall notify the Department of Justice where the asset auction organization is headquartered, accompanied by a confirmation document from the asset auction organization that has received the trainee about the time and the implementation of the rights and obligations of the trainee at the organization.

- Within 03 working days from the date of receiving the notification, the Department of Justice adjusts the information regarding the trainee's practice in the list of auction practice trainees.

- In the case where the trainee changes the practice place to an asset auction organization headquartered in a different province or centrally-run city, the asset auction organization to which the trainee has moved shall notify the Department of Justice where the asset auction organization is headquartered, accompanied by a confirmation document from the asset auction organization that has received the trainee about the time and the implementation of the rights and obligations of the trainee at the organization.

- The asset auction organization where the trainee previously practiced shall notify the Department of Justice to remove the trainee's name from the list of trainees of the Department of Justice.

Note that in case the trainee changes the practice place as regulated above, the practice time is calculated as the total practice time of that person at the asset auction organizations.
