Hnaoi-Vietnam: Unwanted emission limits in the pperating band of wide-area base stations

This is the significant content stipulated in Circular 24/2017/TT-BTTTT on National technical regulation on Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) Base Stations (BS) in Vietnam.

Depending on each channel bandwidth, there will be different unwanted emission limits. Specifically, the unwanted emission limits for channel bandwidths of 5, 10, 15, and 20 MHz are as follows:

Frequency deviation of -3 dB point of the measuring filter, ∆f Frequency deviation of the central frequency of the measuring filter, f_offset Limit Measurement bandwidth
0 MHz ≤ ∆f < 0.2 MHz 0.165 MHz ≤ f_offset < 0.215 MHz -12.5 dBm 30 kHz
0.2 MHz ≤ ∆f < 1 MHz 0.215 MHz ≤ f_offset < 1.015 MHz -14.5 dBm 30 kHz
  1.015 MHz ≤ f_offset < 1.5 MHz -24.5 dBm 30 kHz
1 MHz ≤ ∆f ≤ min (10 MHz, ∆f_max) 1.5 MHz ≤ f_offset < min (10.5 MHz, f_offset_max) -11.5 dBm 1 MHz
10 MHz ≤ ∆f ≤ ∆f_max 10.5 MHz ≤ f_offset < f_offset_max -15 dBm 1 MHz

More details can be found in Circular 24/2017/TT-BTTTT effective from July 1, 2018.
