This is the content of Vietnam's Plan 3461/KH-UBND dated September 27, 2022, on the recruitment exam for the positions of leader, departmental manager, and equivalent at agencies and units under the management of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

11 positions are for recruitment.

According to the plan, conducting exams for the positions of leaders, departmental managers, and equivalents at the Traffic Safety Committee, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Research and Development Institute, and the Committee Hoc Mon district people

The list of positions for recruitment includes:

(1) Deputy Chief of the Office of Traffic Safety Department: 01

(2) An Nhon Tay High School, Quang Trung High School, and An Nghia High School Vice Principal: 03

(3) Director of the Department of Health's Eye Hospital: 01

(4) Deputy Head of Organization and Personnel Department, Department of Industry and Trade: 01.

(5) Deputy Head of Energy Management Department, Department of Industry and Trade: 01

(6) Deputy Director of the City Business Development and Support Center under the Department of Industry and Trade: 01

Nguyen Truong, (7) Vice President (Training) To Technical College: 01

(8) Deputy Head of Urban Management Department, People's Committee of Hoc Mon district: 01

(9) Deputy Director of Natural Resources and Environment: 01

(10) City Center for International Integration Support Director, Development Research Institute: 01

Who can apply for examination in Vietnam?

Subjects eligible to apply for positions in Vietnam

** On-site personnel

- Cadres, civil servants, and public employees who fully meet the conditions, standards, and in the planning of titles to be recruited are working at agencies or units that need to be appointed.

- Cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the on-site planning resources for the positions that need to be recruited, and who meet the conditions and criteria for appointment, must register for recruitment. If they do not register to participate annually when reviewing the planning list, the competent agency shall remove it from the planning list, except for the following cases:

+ Not healthy enough to apply (currently suffering from a serious illness; losing cognitive ability; suffering from an illness undergoing inpatient treatment at a hospital certified by a competent health authority at the district level or higher).

+ Being sent abroad to study, train, and foster

+ Female cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are on maternity leave.

**Resources from other places

Cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are working in agencies and units of Ho Chi Minh City and who meet the conditions and criteria and in the planning of titles equivalent to the selected titles, are entitled to post and sign up for admission.

**Note:

Cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are holding leadership and management positions may participate in the competition for leadership or management positions no more than two levels higher than their current positions.

If you do not hold a leadership or management position, you must fully satisfy the criteria and conditions for the rank of civil servant, professional title of a public employee, or have worked in the industry or field (if any) according to the regulations on conditions and criteria of the recruitment exam.

Subjects nominated to participate in the recruitment of leadership positions

**Subjects eligible for nomination

The cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are not included in the planning of the selected title or the title equivalent to the selected title (including the case of not working at the agency or unit that wishes to appoint the selected title) are nominated in writing by the leader of the agency competent to appoint the selection and nominated title and approved in writing by the party committee of the agency competent to appoint such title.

**Note

If a cadre, civil servant or public employee is holding a leadership or managerial position, he/she may only take the exam in a leadership or managerial position that is higher than that of their current position. If you do not hold a leadership or management position, you must have worked in the industry or field for at least 3 years (not including the probationary period or probation period) and can only take the exam for the position of Deputy Head of Department and equivalent.
