Hanoi-Vietnam: Which entities are considered for emulation titles and commendation forms in the education sector?  (Illustration)

According to Circular 21/2020/TT-BGDDT, the entities eligible for consideration include:

- Units under Ministerial-level Agencies: Departments, Inspectorates, Offices, Executive Committees, Project Management Boards, and programs under the Ministry of Education and Training;

- Units affiliated to the Ministry: public service providers affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam Education Publishing House;

- Hanoi National Parent University, Ho Chi Minh City National Parent University;

- Pedagogical intermediate schools, pedagogical colleges, higher education establishments directly under the Provincial People's Committee; higher education institutions under the Ministry;

- Member units of Thai Nguyen University, Hue University, Da Nang University (collectively referred to as regional universities), Vietnam Education Publishing House, and national parent universities;

- Faculties, departments, divisions, and equivalent organizations affiliated with the entities specified in points a, b, c, d, e of clause 1, article 2 of Circular 21/2020/TT-BGDĐT;

- Departments of Education and Training, Departments of Education, Science and Technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Departments of Education and Training), Divisions of Education and Training, divisional units under the Departments of Education and Training;

- Preschools, general education institutions, continuing education institutions, specialized schools, and other educational institutions within the national education system;

- Officials and public employees, employees (employed for 10 months or more) and learners in the agencies and units specified in clause 1, article 2 of Circular 21/2020/TT-BGDDT.

Regarding Commendation Targets

- Entities specified in clause 1, article 2 of Circular 21/2020/TT-BGDDT and individuals working under secondment policies at the agencies and units specified in clause 1, article 2 of Circular 21/2020/TT-BGDDT;

- Vietnamese citizens studying or working in educational and training institutions abroad or participating in managing overseas Vietnamese education;

- Organizations and individuals domestically and internationally who have made significant contributions and support to the development of the Education sector.
