Circular 113/2007/TT-BQP stipulates that wounded invalids, individuals enjoying the same benefits as wounded invalids, Class B wounded invalids, and resistance activists suffering from exposure to toxic chemicals who are receiving monthly allowances and undergoing rehabilitation treatment as prescribed by a hospital or competent Medical Assessment Council shall be entitled to:
Simultaneously, payment for traveling expenses and meal allowances will only be made if there are sufficient bus or train tickets, discharge notes, and confirmation from the service provider, with records logged in the Monitoring Register. The payment of traveling expenses will not be made if the unit has already arranged vehicles for the individuals.
