Hanoi-Vietnam: The minimum level of autonomy and responsibility of graduates of college-level forest ranger major

On December 28, 2018, the Vietnam Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements for graduates from intermediate and college programs in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and veterinary medicine.

According to the regulations on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements for graduates from intermediate and college programs in the forest ranger major, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility of graduates of college-level forest ranger major in Vietnam is specified as follows:

- Possess good ethical qualities and a correct understanding of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law and workplace regulations;

- Be honest, highly disciplined, capable of working independently, ready to undertake assigned tasks; produce high-quality and efficient work;

- Work independently, work in groups;

- Take responsibility for the results of one’s work and the group’s work before the agency's, organization’s, and enterprise’s leadership;

- Be capable of solving complex tasks in changing work conditions;

- Evaluate the quality of products after completing the results achieved by group members;

- Guide and supervise subordinates in performing tasks according to assigned functions and duties;

- Be proactive, creative, scientific, and meticulous in work;

- Adapt well to difficult and strenuous working environments;

- Always complete the regularly assigned tasks well.
