The Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training recently signed for promulgation of Circular No. 34/2018/TT-BGDDT on the Continuing Education Program in Practical Japanese.
Under Circular 34, each foreign language proficiency level for Japanese in Vietnam will have different standard knowledge. To be specific:
