Hanoi-Vietnam: Report on the results of international cooperation in the education and training sector(Illustrative photo)

Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT specifies the report on the results of international cooperation in the education and training sector and the state management scope of the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training as follows:

1. Contents to be reported: Overview of the situation of international cooperation in the field of education and training; local/government educational institution administration and management; results of the implementation of international cooperation in the field of education and training during the year; difficulties, challenges; proposals and recommendations (if any).

2. Reporting entities, receiving authorities, and reporting process: Departments of Education and Training; higher education institutions report to the Ministry of Education and Training.

3. Reporting period: Semi-annual reports; annual reports.

4. Method of submitting and receiving reports: Implement in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this Circular.

5. Time to finalize report data

- Semi-annual report: From November 16 of the year preceding the reporting period to May 15 of the reporting year;

- Annual report: From November 16 of the year preceding the reporting period to November 15 of the reporting year.

6. Report submission deadlines:

For physical reports:

- For semi-annual reports: The Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions shall send reports to the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training before May 31 of each year.

- For annual reports: The Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions shall send reports to the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training before November 30 of each year;

For reports submitted via the Ministry of Education and Training's Information Reporting System, follow the provisions in Clause 6 Article 7 of this Circular.
