- Ethnic language certificates for job positions that require the use of ethnic minority languages.

Have a computer literacy level that meets the standards of basic information technology skills as prescribed in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT

Foreign language teachers

- The second foreign language proficiency must reach level 1 of the foreign language competency framework according to Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT (equivalent to A1 degree).

According to Announcement 536/QLCL-QLVBCC from the Quality Management Department under the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training, as of now, there are 8 units authorized to conduct exams and issue foreign language certificates according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework, including:
