Hanoi-Vietnam: Reduction in the fee for processing the application for issuing certificates for imported aquaculture supplies

On January 25, 2018, the Vietnam Ministry of Finance issued Circular 09/2018/TT-BTC on amendments to Circular 284/2016/TT-BTC regulating the fees, collection, remittance, management, and use of fees and charges related to the quality management of aquaculture supplies.

Circular 09 has amended and supplemented the fees in the Fee and Charge Schedule issued along with Circular 284/2016/TT-BTC. Specifically, the new fee rates in Vietnam are as follows:

According to Circular 09, fees shall be collected at:

- Directorate of Fisheries;

- Center for Testing, Inspection, and Certification of Aquaculture;

- Provincial and municipal aquaculture management agencies.
