As stipulated in the regulation on the minimum knowledge and competency requirements for graduates from intermediate and college levels in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance issued under Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility of graduates of college-level Mechanical Equipment Maintenance in Vietnam is as follows:
- Work independently or in teams, solve complex tasks and issues under changing working conditions;
- Instruct and supervise others in performing specific tasks, bear personal responsibility and group responsibility;
- Assess the quality of work upon completion and the performance results of group members;
- Have professional ethics, a sense of labor discipline, respect the workplace rules, and regulations of agencies and enterprises, and exhibit a professional demeanor;
- Ensure personal, industrial hygiene, and environmental cleanliness;
- Have a sense of responsibility to oneself, colleagues, and the community;
- Be eager to learn, progressive, cooperative, and helpful to colleagues, continuously improving professional knowledge;
- Be dynamic, creative in the workflow, and flexible in applying learned knowledge into actual production.
