Hanoi-Vietnam: Land use restriction on construction of cultural facilities according to new regulations

On February 09, 2017, the Vietnam Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment promulgated Circular No. 01/2017/TT-BTNMT providing for land use restrictions on construction of cultural, medical, education and training, and physical education and sports facilities.
