The debt rescheduling, exemption or reduction of interest and fees, and retention of debt category to assist borrowers affected by Covid--19 pandemic in Vietnam shall comply with Circular 01/2020/TT-NHNN; the contents related to debt rescheduling, exemption or reduction of interest and fees, and retention of debt category not specified in Circular 01/2020/TT-NHNN shall follow other relevant legal documents.

- Data report as of March 2020:
+ Credit institutions (except for those that are people's credit funds), and foreign bank branches send paper and electronic reports to the address: Department of Credit for Economic Sectors, State Bank of Vietnam, 25 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (email: tindung2@sbv.gov.vn).
+ Credit institutions that are people's credit funds send paper and electronic reports to the State Bank branch where the headquarters is located.
- Data report from April 2020: Credit institutions, foreign bank branches report through the centralized statistical reporting system of the State Bank of Vietnam, including data for the entire bank and data for each branch of the credit institution, and foreign bank branches.
Instructions for preparing the table:
- Credit institutions and foreign bank branches report data up to the last day of the previous month.
- Column (3): Credit institutions report the estimated outstanding debt affected by the COVID-19 pandemic according to the assessment of the credit institution, a foreign bank branch.
- Column (4): outstanding debt restructured repayment term and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Article 4 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular 01/2020/TT-NHNN.
- Column (5): Number of customers with restructured repayment terms and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Article 4 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular.
- Column (6): outstanding debt of interest waivers, reductions, and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Article 5 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular.
- Column (7): Amount of interest waived or reduced for customers.
- Column (8): Number of customers with interest waivers, reductions, and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Article 5 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular.
- Column (9): Total outstanding debt restructured repayment term, interest waivers/reductions, and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Articles 4, 5 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular.
- Column (10): Total number of customers with restructured repayment terms, interest waivers/reductions, and maintaining debt group according to the provisions of Articles 4, 5 and Clause 1 Article 6 Circular.
