Circular 113/2007/TT-BQP stipulates: "People with meritorious services to the revolution as defined above who require orthopedic devices such as artificial legs, arms, orthotic braces, orthopedic shoes, orthopedic slippers, artificial teeth, or artificial eyes are eligible for financial support twice per year". Traveling expenses under state-regulated prices for common means of transport such as passenger automobiles, trains, or ships from their residence to the nearest medical facility equipped to provide orthopedic devices;
Accommodation expense of 30,000 VND/day (up to a maximum of 5 days per trip, including travel time) for their stay while obtaining orthopedic devices.

Note: The traveling and accommodation expenses are processed in a single payment (requiring tickets and confirmation from the orthopedic service provider in the monitoring register). Traveling expenses are not reimbursed if the unit arranges a vehicle for the individual.
