1. Application Form for Recruitment of Officials and Public Employees

The form is issued in conjunction with Decree 161/2018/ND-CP dated November 29, 2018 by the Government of Vietnam, used in the procedures for recruitment of Vietnamese officials and public employees by examination and admission and procedures of direct recruitment of public employees.

2. Official/Public Employee's Curriculum Vitae Template (Template 2C-BNV/2008)

The template is issued in conjunction with Decision 02/2008/QD-BNV dated October 6, 2008 by the Minister of Home Affairs, used in the procedures for accepting special cases to act as officials, examination for rank promotion, and the procedures for transitioning commune-level officials to district-level officials or higher.

3. Application Form for Recruitment of Public Employees (Form No. 1)

The form is issued in conjunction with Circular 15/2012/TT-BNV dated December 25, 2012 by the Minister of Home Affairs, used in the procedures for direct recruitment of public employees, in addition to the Application Form for Recruitment issued with Decree 161/2018/ND-CP.
