Recently, Circular 08/2018/TT-BTC was issued by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance on fees for chemical affairs and collection, submission, management and use thereof. This legislative document replaces Circular 170/2016/TT-BTC.
The fee schedule for chemical affairs in Vietnam is promulgated together with Circular 08. The detailed fee schedule is as follows:
