Hanoi-Vietnam: Change in land use restriction on construction of medical facilities

The Vietnam Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment promulgated Circular No. 01/2017/TT-BTNMT providing for land use restrictions on construction of cultural, medical, education and training, and physical education and sports facilities.

According to the provisions of Circular 01, depending on the construction projects and square metres per capita, there will be different land use restrictions on the construction of medical facilities in Vietnam. To be specific:
