The Vietnam Ministry of National Defense signed for issuing Circular 181/2016/TT-BQP providing guidance on the documentation, processes, and responsibilities for addressing the entitlement to social insurance benefits within the Ministry of National Defense. This document replaces Circular 96/2014/TT-BQP.
According to the new regulations, the application for enjoyment of occupational accident benefits in the Ministry of National Defense includes the following documents:
- Social Insurance Book.
- Document proposing the resolution of occupational accident policies from the head of the unit directly under the Ministry.
- Occupational accident investigation report.
- Hospital discharge papers or extracts from medical records after treating occupational accidents for inpatient treatment cases or copies of the injury certificate issued by the medical facility.
- Assessment report on the reduction of labor capacity by the Medical Assessment Council at various levels within the Ministry of Defense.
- In cases where the injury during the task is identified as an occupational accident and concurrently endorsed by the competent authority as a war invalid or person enjoying policies as a war invalid, three copies of the injury appraisal report must be made to resolve the war invalid policies.
- In cases of traffic accidents identified as occupational accidents, one of additional documents must be submitted
- Decision on the enjoyment of monthly or one-time occupational accident allowance.
- Record of Social Insurance contributions.
- Payment slip for monthly occupational accident allowance adjustment.
- Payment slip for Social Insurance allowance in cases of one-time occupational accident allowance.
- Introduction letter for monthly occupational accident allowance in cases of simultaneous transfer to the locality.
