Adjust the Law and Ordinance Making Program 2024 as follows:

+ Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution 119/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly on piloting the urban government model and some special mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city (the National Assembly will consider and decide the official name of the draft Resolution);

+ Resolution on piloting the supplementation of some special mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

- Supplement to the Law and Ordinance Making Program 2024, to be submitted to the National Assembly for opinion at the 7th meeting (May 2024) and approved at the 8th meeting (October 2024): the Draft Law on firefighting and rescue.

- Adjust from the program for opinion at the 7th meeting (May 2024) and approval at the 8th meeting (October 2024) to the program for opinion at the 8th meeting (October 2024) and approval at the 9th meeting (May 2025): the Draft Law on Amendments to several articles of the Law on Vietnam Standards and Technical Regulations.

Assigning submitting agencies, agencies in charge of verification, and agencies participating in verification of projects and drafts added to the Law and Ordinance Making Program 2024 as follows:

+ Submit to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam for consideration, and give opinions on the projects and drafts at the Standing Committee of the National Assembly meeting in April 2024 or May 2024 at the lastest.
