2. Expenditure for radio broadcasting activities at the facility (editing, broadcasting): Editing: 50,000 VND/page of 350 words; Broadcasting: 10,000 VND/time.

3. Expenditure for making new or repairing panels and slogans: According to the market price at the local level.

4. Expenditure for remuneration for the rapporteur:

For officials at the Department, Division, Institute, head of provincial-level Departments and authorities or equivalent: 150,000 VND/session.
For officials of provinces, ministries, central authorities; deputy heads of provincial-level Departments and authorities: 100,000 VND/session.
For district, town-level officials: 70,000 VND/session.
