Specifically, Article 40 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates the time limit for announcing the results of the exam for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees as follows:

• Within 10 days from the completion of the examination marking, the Examination Council for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees must report the marking results to the head of the competent agency or unit organizing the exam for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees; simultaneously disclose on the electronic information portal or the official website of the competent agency or unit organizing the examination, and send written notifications to the agencies or units nominating the public employees to inform them about their upgrade exam scores.
• Within 15 days from the announcement of the exam results, the participating public employees have the right to submit a request for re-evaluation of the scores in the general knowledge test, foreign language test, IT test (in case of paper-based multiple-choice tests), and the professional subject written test. The Examination Council for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees is responsible for establishing a re-evaluation committee and organizing the re-evaluation, announcing the re-evaluation results within 15 days from the expiration date for receiving re-evaluation requests as stipulated in this clause.
• No later than 05 working days from the announcement of the re-evaluation results, the Examination Council for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees must report to the head of the competent agency or unit organizing the examination for approval of the results and the list of successful candidates.
• No later than 05 working days from the approval date of the exam results, the Examination Council for rank promotion to professional titles of Vietnamese public employees is responsible for notifying the results and the list of successful candidates in writing to the agencies or units nominating the public employees.
