Goals of Propaganda, Dissemination to Meet the Requirements for the Implementation of International Labor Commitments in Vietnam

**Overall Goals

- Continue to comprehensively innovate the dissemination of legal education for employees and employers in various types of enterprises, strengthen inter-sectoral coordination mechanisms, mobilize social resources, and emphasize the application of information technology and digital transformation in legal dissemination activities.

- Implement synchronously, comprehensively, with focus and key points the dissemination of legal education for enterprises, creating qualitative and effective changes for businesses in accessing, raising awareness, and obeying labor laws and implementing basic international labor standards, contributing to promoting harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, limiting legal risks, minimizing labor disputes, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and improving the City's ranking in business environment, contributing to socio-economic development.

**Specific Goals

- Ensure that 90% - 100% of agencies, units, organizations, and localities organize prompt and complete dissemination of legal documents related to the rights and obligations of employees and employers before and after being issued according to assigned functions, tasks, and authorities with content and form compliant with legal regulations.

- Ensure that 100% of legal documents, labor law information, labor relations, and the content and requirements for implementing international labor commitments are promptly, fully, and accurately published; agencies, units, organizations, and localities have the responsibility to ensure that employees and employers are able to access information conveniently, easily, and quickly.

- Annually, agencies, units, and organizations will propagate, disseminate, and update information about labor law and related policies according to assigned functions, tasks, and actual conditions of the agency or unit, at least 02 times.

- Ensure that 90% - 100% of questions and requests for solving difficulties in the process of enforcing labor laws from employees and employers are received, guided, and answered.

- Raise awareness, responsibility, habits of learning about and implementing laws among employees and employers, especially labor laws regarding labor relations, specific labor related to implementing international labor commitments, especially commitments in the new generation free trade agreements that Vietnam is a member of, related to freedom of association and collective bargaining, equality, non-discrimination in labor, combating forced labor, and eliminating child labor...

- Apply information technology and digital transformation in legal dissemination activities.

- Build and maintain a close coordination mechanism between the City and district levels; between state management agencies and labor representative organizations at enterprises in disseminating legal education for enterprises, labor relations; implementing solutions for private investment in legal dissemination for enterprises.
