According to the provisions of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam 2011 and Regulation 29/QD-TW, the organizational system of the Communist Party of Vietnam is structured according to the administrative divisions at the commune, ward, town; district, township, provincial city; provincial, municipal, and central levels.
