Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates 20 periodic reports under the state management scope of the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training as follows:

1. Report on education universalization and illiteracy eradication;
2. Report on the situation of students and the results of political education and student affairs;
3. Report on the results of the implementation of Red Cross activities; building safe schools; preventing and combating accidents and injuries in education and training institutions;
4. Report on the implementation of science and technology plans of units under the Ministry;
5. Report on the results of building and developing the teaching staff and educational administrator for the academic year;
6. Report on the implementation of regulations on teachers' ethics;
7. Report on the organization and granting of retraining certificates for the professional title standards of public employee teaching in public education and training institutions;
8. Report on the situation and results of organizing exams and assessing foreign language proficiency according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam;
9. Report on the activities of educational quality accreditation during the year and directions for activities in the following year;
10. Report on the results of the accreditation of training programs and plans to improve and enhance the quality of training programs after being recognized as meeting quality standards;
11. Mid-term report on the results of the accreditation of training programs and plans to improve and enhance the quality of training programs;
12. Report on the results of the plans to improve and enhance the quality of education for training programs that have been assessed and recognized as meeting quality standards during the year;
13. Report on the printing and management of degree blank forms;
14. Report on the results of educational quality accreditation and recognition of national standard schools;
15. Report on the recognition of degrees issued by foreign education and training institutions;
16. Report on the situation and results of organizing exams and issuing certificates of IT application; training, testing, and issuing foreign language certificates;
17. Report on state management of the provision of study abroad consultancy services;
18. Report on foreign cooperation and investment in the education sector;
19. Report on foreign lecturers and foreigners coming to teach and work at higher education institutions;
20. Report on the results of international cooperation in the education and training sector.
