Guidelines on the Distribution of Salaries by the Viettel Group

Decree 121/2016/ND-CP was signed and promulgated by the Government of Vietnam to pilot the management of labor and salaries for the Viettel Group in the period 2016 - 2020.

According to the provisions of Decree 121/2016/ND-CP, the distribution of salaries by Viettel Group and the companies in which Viettel Group holds more than 50% of the charter capital shall be carried out as follows:

- Provisions for the salary reserve fund for the following year shall not exceed 17% of the company's actual salary fund;- Formulating a salary payment regulation by position and job title, linked to labor productivity, business efficiency, and the task completion level of business managers and workers;- Implementing salary advances and salary payments for business managers and workers in accordance with the law and the company's salary payment regulations.
