Guidelines on Declaration, Collection, and Payment of the Vietnam Women's Museum Admission Fee

The contents are specified in detail in Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC on the regulation of collection, payment, management, and use of fees for visiting the Vietnamese Women's Museum.

According to the guidance in Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC, the declaration, collection, and payment of admission fees for the Vietnamese Women's Museum are carried out as follows:

- No later than the 5th of each month, the fee-collecting organization must deposit the collected fees of the previous month into the fee account pending to be paid to the state budget, opened at the State Treasury.- The fee-collecting organization is required to declare and pay the collected fees on a monthly basis, and to settle annually, as instructed in Clause 3, Article 19, Clause 2, Article 26 of Circular 156/2013/TT-BTC.

Also according to Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC, the fee-collecting organization is allowed to retain 90% of the collected fees before submitting to the state budget to cover expenses as prescribed in Decree 120/2016/ND-CP. They are required to submit 10% of the collected fees to the state budget.

Refer to the fee levels in Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC which is effective from January 1, 2017.
