The inspection and evaluation of the final exam of the basic bidding training course are regulated by Circular 04/2019/TT-BKHDT as follows:

- Form of examination: multiple-choice test consisting of 60 questions within 60 minutes;- Examination content: testing basic bidding knowledge, legal provisions on bidding;- Classification of the test for issuing basic bidding training certificates:- Test scoring 95% or more of the total points: Excellent;- Test scoring from 85% to less than 95% of the total points: Good;- Test scoring from 70% to less than 85% of the total points: Fair;- Test scoring from 50% to less than 70% of the total points: Average;- Test scoring less than 50% of the total points: Fail.
