This content is stipulated in Circular 15/2016/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on August 10, 2016.

Accordingly, the industrial and trade sector specialized inspector card is stipulated for use by Circular 25 as follows:

- Individuals assigned to carry out specialized inspection duties are only permitted to use the Card during the process of performing specialized inspection duties in accordance with the law;- When the Card expires or the official assigned to perform specialized inspection duties is transferred to another position, resigns, or retires, they are responsible for returning the Card to the General Department, Department, Sub-department to submit the Card to the Ministry's Inspectorate;- It is strictly prohibited to use the Card for personal purposes, use another person's Card, or lend the Card to another person for use. In the case that an official uses the Card in violation of the regulations, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the official will be handled in accordance with the law.
