Guidelines for the Selection of Personnel for the Military Procuracy

According to the guidelines in Circular 113/2015/TT-BQP, the recruitment for those who are university graduates, officials, and public employees outside the Military is carried out as follows:

- Develop a plan for recruitment targets for the Military Procuracy officials:- Propose personnel for the recruitment of Military Procuracy officials:

- Military Region Procuracy and equivalent: Synthesize and propose personnel for recruitment to report to the Central Military Procuracy for appraisal; after obtaining the appraisal results from the Central Military Procuracy (in writing), aggregate and report to the political agency to submit to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee at their level.- Personnel agency at the military region level and equivalent: Synthesize personnel for recruitment proposed by the Military Procuracy at the same level, report to the Head of the Political Department for appraisal, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee at the same level for consideration and recommendation.- Complete the dossiers and procedures to report to the General Department of Politics and the Ministry of National Defense for consideration and decision.

- Those selected for the team of officials working at the Military Procuracy must undergo a military knowledge training program as prescribed by the Ministry of National Defense.
