Guidelines for the Preparation of Promotion Consideration for Teaching Public Employees

- Based on this Regulation, annually, the agencies and units assigned and decentralized in Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 30 of Decree 29/2012/ND-CP will develop a plan for the promotion review of professional titles and decide to establish the Council for the promotion review of the professional title of senior lecturer (Grade II); submit to the Ministry of Home Affairs to make a decision on the establishment of the Council for the promotion review of the professional title of principal lecturer (Grade I).- The promotion review council announces the content of the promotion review of the professional title of the public employee, including: conditions for registration for the promotion review; the number of public employees considered for each professional title (if any)…- The Secretariat compiles the list of candidates for the promotion review of the professional title; submits to the Chairman of the promotion review council to decide on the list of candidates participating in the promotion review of the professional title of senior lecturer (Grade II) after obtaining the Ministry of Home Affairs' verification; sends the Ministry of Home Affairs for verification and decides on the list of candidates participating in the promotion review of the professional title of principal lecturer (Grade I).- At least one day before the promotion review, the Secretariat of the promotion review council must complete the preparation work for the promotion review, prepare related forms for the promotion review organization such as: List of candidates and accompanying dossiers; forms for handing over and receiving dossiers; evaluation forms for the promotion review dossiers of the professional title of public employees...
