Reporting the summary of the implementation status of legal provisions on the Official Gazette by the Office of the Provincial People's Committee is conducted as follows:

- Annually, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for sending a report on the implementation status of legal provisions on the Official Gazette with a digital signature to the Office of the Government of Vietnam. In cases where the Office of the Provincial People's Committee has not yet met the requirements for digital signatures, an electronic version in image format (PDF) that has been signed and stamped should be sent. Reports should be sent via email to the address congbao@chinhphu.vn.- The reporting period is calculated from December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period. Reports must be submitted no later than the 25th of the last month of the reporting period.
