Guidelines for Commendation Dossier for Specialized or Unexpected Achievements in the Industry and Trade Sector

This is a noteworthy regulation mentioned in Circular 40/2019/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, providing guidance on the implementation of emulation and commendation work in the industry and trade sector.

Documentation for Specialized or Unscheduled Commendation of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union

The Department of Industry and Trade requests consideration for the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Emulation Flag and the Minister of Industry and Trade's Certificate of Merit. One set (original) includes the documents listed in Clause 3, Article 20 of Circular 40/2019/TT-BCT as follows:

- The proposal for commendation from the unit, including the list of individuals and collectives proposed for commendation;- Minutes of the meeting of the Emulation - Commendation Council;- Report on the achievements of individuals and collectives;- Enterprise certification of taxes and social insurance for 12 months up to the time of commendation submission;- Certified copies of the decision on evaluation and classification of the Communist Party organization completing tasks well (for the proposal for the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Emulation Flag).

The commendation proposal files should be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and simultaneously electronic copies should be submitted to tdkt@moit.gov.vn (in “.doc” or “.docx” format for the proposal, list, and achievement report; in “.pdf” format for other related documents; excluding documents containing state secrets).

The head of the unit is responsible before the law for the procedures, documentation, process, authenticity of the achievements, and the contents mentioned in the dossier submitted to the Minister of Industry and Trade.
