In Article 11 DraftCircular on the teaching festivals of vocational education and training teachers in Vietnam, the assessment of the teaching presentations at the teaching festival is regulated as follows:

- After a teacher completes their teaching presentation, the judges will score on the assessment sheets, which are then sealed and submitted to the Head of the Sub-committee of Judges. Subsequently, the Head of the Sub-committee of Judges conducts the critique session, provides feedback, and evaluates the teacher's presentation. At the end of each teaching presentation session, the Head of the Sub-committee of Judges submits the sealed assessment sheets to the Head of the Secretariat Sub-committee of the teaching festival.

- The critique duration should not exceed 15 minutes per teaching presentation.

- The assessment results of the teaching presentation on each assessment sheet are the total score of all parts, rounded to two decimal places, without rounding up.

- The final score of the teacher's presentation is the average score of the sub-committee members, rounded to two decimal places, without rounding up.

Note: Where an individual judge's assessment score in the sub-committee deviates by 5% or more from the average score of the sub-committee members, that score will not be counted, and the final score of the teacher's presentation will be recalculated as the average score of the remaining sub-committee members.

Additionally, Article 12 of this Draft also regulates the ranking at the teaching festival as follows:

* For individuals:

- The assessment scores of the Judging Council serve as the basis for individual ranking;

- Individual ranking is conducted according to the detailed regulations of the teaching festival Organizing Committee.

* For collectives:

- The average score of the teachers from the participating unit is the basis for collective ranking;

- Collective ranking is conducted according to the detailed regulations of the teaching festival Organizing Committee.

Details may be found in the Draft Circular regulating the national teaching festivals of vocational education and training teachers in Vietnam.
