To build a sustainable family and ensure the rights of family members, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgates Circular 07/2017/TT-BVHTTDL stipulating the collection and reporting of information on family and the prevention and control of domestic violence.

Reporting information about the family and prevention of domestic violence is guided by Circular 07 as follows:

Content of the report

- Information stipulated in Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 07.- General assessment of family work and prevention of domestic violence in the managed area.

Reporting period

- Annual reporting on family information and prevention of domestic violence.

Responsibility for reporting information

- Communal People's Committees are responsible for compiling and reporting family information and the prevention of domestic violence in their managed areas to the District Department of Culture and Information by December 5 every year.- The District Department of Culture and Information is responsible for compiling and reporting family information and the prevention of domestic violence in their managed areas to the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, or the Department of Culture and Sports by December 10 every year.- The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Department of Culture and Sports are responsible for compiling and reporting family information and the prevention of domestic violence in their managed areas to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism by December 15 every year.
