Guidance on Policies for Reporting Cultural Activities for Vocational School Students

This is a notable regulation mentioned in Circular 16/2013/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, stipulating the organization of cultural and artistic activities for students in vocational training institutions.

According to the provisions of Article 12 of Circular 16/2013/TT-BLDTBXH, annually, vocational training institutions must report on the organization of cultural and artistic activities for students at the unit to the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs and the supervisory authority of the vocational training institution before November 15.

Subsequently, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs evaluates the implementation of vocational training institutions in the area, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs before November 30.

In addition to the regular reports mentioned above, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs and vocational training institutions are responsible for making ad-hoc reports on the organization of cultural and artistic activities for students to serve management tasks as required by the competent authorities at all levels.

This Circular emphasizes that, based on the results of participation in cultural and artistic activities for students, the head of the vocational training institution and the heads of management authorities, according to their competence, should promptly reward groups and individuals who have achieved outstanding results in the competitions or have made effective contributions to the participation and organization of cultural and artistic activities for students.
