Guidance on Organizing Mobile Service Customer Program

The Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular 47/2017/TT-BTTTT on December 29, 2017, providing specific guidelines on organizing mobile service customer programs.

Accordingly, Circular 47 stipulates that regular customers of mobile information services include:

- Subscribers of postpaid mobile information services, including those who have switched from prepaid to postpaid during the implementation period of the regular customer program;- Subscribers of prepaid mobile information services who have continuously used the service for at least 01 (one) year and have paid a total service fee of at least 1,000,000 VND (one million VND) to the mobile enterprise since registration.

Furthermore, Circular 47 also stipulates that when organizing discount promotions for regular customers, mobile enterprises must simultaneously comply with the regulations on discount promotion programs.
